The staff speak very little english so very hard to communicate. Beach is stones no sand at all and very painful getting into and out of the sea. The pool is 90% deep where you cant even touch the floor but the water is very warm. Breakfast there is no eggs, beans or tomatoes. The food is mostly the same every day nothing special and very repetitive. The hotel bar they dont do any kind of cocktails only a couple of cheap spirits and beer and wine. Would never return to this hotel again worst hotel I have stayed in and it was not a budget price.…Ībsolute shambles, the beach bar is not all inclusive you have to pay for everything. Dark corridors to reach rooms and lift did not always work Positive waiters in dining room polite and lovely view. Sunbeds were dangerous as plastic all cracked. Bar staff rude no food at pool bar for a snack. Didn't see a bus all the time we were there.
No where to eat only hotel and beach bar (beach has no sand) used taxis to find a restaurant. She sustained extensive bruising to her left side damaged her glasses and phone. Rang reception to assist us with picking her up but they said they could not help and refused to come to our room. She overturned a table with a glass on this and this smashed causing broken glass to be scattered over the balcony. My sister who was travelling with us went out on the balcony after being out for a meal and slipped on excess water from the bottle as we were unaware it was there. We had a room with air- conditioning the machine was located on our balcony floor, the excess water was fed into a five litre plastic water bottle located at the back of the machine. We really recommend the Blue Sense and would definitely return. Also, the nearest supermarket is about a 10 euro taxi-ride away so if you want to self-cater a bit, stock up on groceries pre-arrival. Plus, the reception staff are very helpful and sorted us out with ordering pizza to the room one day! Just a small tip to travellers: make sure that you get cash out before you arrive as there is no ATM nearby. Time spent on the balcony looking across at it was just blissful too! The amenities from pool to restaurant are both excellent, although eating options are limited both by time and choice: the only option for meals is the buffet which starts quite late for lunch and dinner, but is reasonable at 12 euros and tasty. The beach itself is just perfect: secluded with crystal waters. The rooms have the most stunning views of both beach and mountains and the walk to either is short and very pleasant. We stayed four nights at the Blue Sense as we were attending a wedding in the area and we were delighted with the location and service.
